[Bug] Dream Sync Pre Sends Message Before Channel Creation

Description

Currently dreamsync fires off the message before the channel is created (missing an await)

which leads to no message appearing on the user side.

Steps to reproduce

get a match on dreamsync, an empty chat with dreamsync would show on pictique and blabsy

Expected behavior

messages appear on channel
