Fix: My continuous preditions are missing from the feed tiles

• Tested if there is user prediction graph on feed page, it is working - no need for changes
• Implemented user prediction under the question chip for continuous questions
• Reused getDisplayUserValue helper with extracted data to format user prediction
• Along the way found artificial delay in the request inside NewsMatch component, deleted it
