- Implemented ContinuousGroupTimeline and GroupTimelineDrawer to render a timeline for continuous group questions
- Refactored MultipleChoiceChart to use it within ContinuousGroupTimeline
- Refactored generateTicksY and used it inside NumericChart to remove redundant code
- Fixed a bug where hover area on charts was displayed only for the first option
