Pre-fill series

When I open new issue form from issue list of series, isn't it will be handy to have series you had opened already pre-filled? Sound handy to me

Sure... the bigger issue is finding time to add this feature. I've got a lot of tasks in the queue, so something like this will take awhile to even think about, unless someone else steps up to implement it.
