asking for a friend who's having this error message pop up and can't figure out why? Wondering if anyone has an answer.

They say, "
It works perfectly fine on Mac, but then I imported the code over to PC (TexLive with TexMaker) and suddenly it keeps giving the error for 'undefined control sequence \includegraphics'. Everything is working as intended, but like
why is this code happening"
