color picker auto hide

• OS Version: macos 10.13.2

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Split editor for two
2. enter user setting page
3. open color picker
4. color picker will hide when cursor move to red box which marked in the following picture

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

I can confirm this happens in Windows too, version 1.22.2 x64.
