Cannot set Visual Studio Code as default editor (in Windows)

I tried to set Visual Studio Code 1.28.1 (user setup) in Windows 10 as default editor for java filetype without success.

I opened a Java file with right-click > open with > visual studio code.
I also tried right-click > properties > change application.

Nothing works.
It happens because the VSC is installed in AppData/Local/Programs ?
