Under, "The default locations for Windows PowerShell 5.1 are different from PowerShell 7." it says
"Modules installed in the AllUsers scope are stored in $env:ProgramFiles\PowerShell\Modules."
I believe that should be
$env:ProgramFiles\WindowsPowerShell\Modules
