Shutdown and Restart-Computer help on non-Windows needs correction

Feedback

On non-Windows systems, Restart-Computer and Stop-Computer call native commands to implement the action. Parameters like Computername and Credential don't apply. The command on non-Windows systems doesn't have these parameters, yet the help documentation shows them. Help for Restart-Computer and Stop-Computer should be reflect the correct syntax.
