NOTICE: About_ topics undergoing some changes

@sdwheeler is working on #1488 . As a result, you will see a bunch of non-markdown elements inserted into about_ topics.

Please double-check before making changes to the formatting of about_ topics. Eventually, we will have some automation to help this process out but we are doing some proof of concept work first.

Gahh, glad I checked issues again before throwing in a PR. Was adding code blocks and headers to about_Jobs. I'll hold off for now. Good luck with the changes!
