Prior to this change, the documentation in about_Operators referenced .NET Framework types and classes instead of .NET types and classes.

Prior to this change, the documentation in `about_Operators` referenced
.NET Framework types and classes instead of .NET types and classes.

This change:

- Removes the incorrect qualifier as 7+ is built on .NET, not the .NET
  Framework.
- Fixes AB#156514
- Resolves MicrosoftDocs#10382
