Configure Open Source Feedback control

• Fixes AB#159493

Prior to this PR, this docset used the old GitHub feedback control. This PR configures the new feedback control.

This PR also cleaned up the globbing patterns in the docfx.json by changing ** to * in the leaf portion of the glob pattern.
