When I open vscode, the python LSP report such information:

And the path "d:\Visual Studio code\extensions\visualstudioexptteam.vscodeintellicode-1.2.14\cache" is the old vscode extension path.

Can you check if your file system is writable under d:\Visual Studio code\extensions\visualstudioexptteam.vscodeintellicode-1.2.14\cache? If it's read-only, or if the storage drive is full, you may see the error above.

If the issue is related to the path being read-only, you can fix that by setting "vsintellicode.modelDownloadPath" explicitly to a writable directory in settings.json.
