AdditionalRequestHeaders not working

Using AdditionalRequestHeaders does not work (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57440199/httpmaptiledatasource-additionalrequestheaders-does-not-add-to-the-request-heade). I think this should be mentioned in the docs.
