Drops 1.1.0

New stuff:

• I was going to add support for mod items but it worked already ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (use modid:itemname)
• Sub items are now supported (use itemname:subid)
• Added new config options for drop rates (so delete and regen your old one)
• Config is also reloaded when using /rd

Bug fixes:

• BUGFIX: fixed a crash when loading a drop table with an item from a mod that hadn't loaded yet.
• BUGFIX: fixed crash when trying to get a drop from an empty drop table
• BUGFIX: fixed old table being lost when there's an error loading a new table
• Warnings use logger now instead of stdout
