changes in OrdinaryDiffEqCore interface

I am most likely the only user of MODIA, so this issue is not really urgent.

The interface to SciML/OrdinaryDiffEqCore has been changed, so StateEvents in MODIA were not processed correctly.
PR with update will follow (should be checked).

a personal remark: Starting in 1996 with Dymola 3.4 now I'm playing with MODIA. The key advantages are: Only one language for simulation, data handling, pre- and postprocessing.
