Fix newrelic install
newrelic.newrelic-infra first
move newrelic install back to bakery
restart newrelic after key
When CodeDeploy was running, it was leaving a different set of files in /app than Ansible & Packer originally left there. There were also duplicate virtualenv files in /app/venv and /app/build/venv. This fixes that too.
