I got this building cleanly again. I had to clean out the S3 bucket s3://tf-state.devops-infra-demo.us-east-1.976851222302 and the items in the lock table arn:aws:dynamodb:us-east-1:976851222302:table/TerraformStatelock-devops-infra-demo to get it to be happy again. |
