Cannot access phone mapping

Hello!

I am currently in the process of implementing the MFA for recorded audio I have for a current research project. However, when trying to download/access the phone mapping set to have a mapping file, as per the first steps instructions, each version of Japanese (2_0_0, 3_0_0, and 2_0_1a) each provide the following error:

Any support with this issue would be greatly appreciated!
