v0.7.0 — saved runs, stats, recatch helper
Pre-releaseRuns are kept
A finished run is written to config/crittermod-runs.json the moment the next one starts — which is exactly when it stops being the run /ct shows. The run screen gains two tabs beside the existing one:
- History — saved runs newest first: when, how long, party and personal dex, catches.
- Stats — every species with its total across those runs and how many runs it turned up in, over a summary of time played, catches a run, full-dex runs and species never caught.
/critters import fills the history from the logs already on disk, matched on start time so running it twice changes nothing. On the development instance that read 56 runs, 3862 catches and 754 minutes of play out of existing logs.
Recatch helper (off by default)
A throw takes the critter out of the world and puts the CAPTURING ball off to one side; if the capture fails it comes back to the spot it left from and starts running again. The spot is pinned the moment the throw lands, at the critter's own size, so the next capsule can be in the air before it is. When several of a species are in view the pin goes on the one nearest the line you were looking along.
It only pins what actually comes back: not the 18 commons, which are caught on the throw, and not Hideyho, Wumpa, Doomspiral or the Snoozle.
Floor drops (off by default)
Skyblocker's test unchanged — three string item displays in one block — with a three-way setting: nothing, a depth-tested highlight, or a full waypoint.
Macaw call, and shared trades
A Macaw spawn is announced from the Birdfeeder's own line or from one appearing in the world, with its position. And a Hunter trade announced by a partymate running this mod is now read back off party chat into your own tracker and waypoint, instead of you reading coordinates out of chat.
Alerts and announcements, split up
Each encounter has its own banner setting, and every automatic announcement chooses its own audience: nobody, party chat or all chat. That covers the three encounters, the completions, Macaw spawns and Hunter trades. /critters share keeps its own channel, since sharing by hand is a different act. Alert sounds are off by default.
Also
- Eight colour pickers, one per kind of mark, with alpha and chroma.
- The run timer counts seconds instead of jumping between catches.
- The Hideyho mark survives the entity unloading, so one pass within range holds it for the round.
- Columns are sized from the longest species name, so nothing clips.
