CyTools_MeshStudio 0.1.0 — first release.

One desktop Tool for meshes: reconstruction from pictures (LocalMesh / TRELLIS.2, Hi3DGen, TripoSR, SPAR3D), prepared and generated views, quad remeshing (AutoRemesher, QuadWild Bi-MDF), xatlas UV unwrapping, PBR baking, texturing of a remeshed model for its own topology, mesh editing and inspection, rigging (UniRig), motion from video (WHAM), and workflows that chain them — fourteen are shipped. Dear ImGui interface in English and French, command line, and MCP server on the CyToolsCore runtime.

Assets

  • CyTools_MeshStudio-0.1.0-windows-x64.zip — Windows 10+ x64. Unzip it into a folder with a short path and double-click CyTools_MeshStudio.exe; nothing to install. Holds the application, an embeddable CPython 3.12.10 with the application's packages, uv 0.12.19, AutoRemesher 1.2.0 and QuadWild Bi-MDF v0.0.2. The engine environments and the model weights are built and downloaded by the Installation tab (tens of gigabytes; several weights are under non-commercial licences or ask for a personal acceptance on their page). runtime/RELEASE.json inside the archive lists every part with its URL and SHA-256.
  • CyTools_MeshStudio-0.1.0-app.zip — the app/ folder and the guides: what an installed Tool downloads from its Updates tab.
  • SHA256SUMS.txt

Executed on the development machine (Windows 10, RTX 3090): the binary archive extracted to a fresh folder starts from its executable with the embedded interpreter; from there the Installation path builds the geometry engine with the shipped uv, and AutoRemesher, xatlas and QuadWild run on the test mesh. QuadWild cannot work in a folder whose path exceeds about 240 characters (a limit of the upstream binary): the Tool refuses it with a message instead of crashing. The app archive is accepted by the Updates tab. Linux has not been executed.
