Bug Description

So basicly some of my world keep generating new region even if no one is online. I tried to unload and load the world but still it keep hapening. I have this issue since last february when setting up my server for the first time (i only using 20 plugin at that time) and have this issue. for 1 month i think the issue is fix because after i update the multiverse core to the 1.20 version the issue not appear but since april i tried to fix the issue by disable the auto load and the load the world when i join the server, at first it work but now its now working anymore so i open this issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start server with multiverse and VoidGen installed (i tried to remove the VoidGen plugin but the bug still hapening)
2. run /mvcreate worldname normal -t flat -g VoidGen or /mvcreate worldname normal -t flat
3. After sometime the world keep generating new region even when no one on that world

Agreements

• I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open or resolved issue(s) regarding this.
• I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

I am not sure how multiverse will cause this issue, I suspect it's either a server software bug or another plugin causing it - unless you can somehow reproduce this issue with only multiverse plugins installed.

Ok i found the issue. The VoidGen plugin somehow make the world always render new region but now IM curious sometimes i import some of my survival world and got this issue, But i Will keep it for now thx. And one more can you add void world setting? because i search on the internet and the only solution for making void world is using voidGen plugin. Thx.

Ok so im back at to the start of this issue, so i have been asking to the VoidGen developer but after their resolution to this bug and it seem likely it because of multiverse idk how. Now i have more update after dealing with one world that have this issue, i tried to make new world and updating to mv5 and full reinstall multiverse. At first this issue is gone but than i import some of my world and after a few day it all right but after i use /mv modify the issue is back and now for safety purpose i turn off autoload to that world. Then i make another world bc my server is world base server and when making some world with almost same name (like world and world_nether it only different is the _nether) some of the world start to generate this issue but its different this time the world before auto generate new region even when the world is loaded but this world generate a new region after loaded and stop. Idk how this only happen to me and i dont have any idea what wrong.

Has the following issues you detailed has been tested on a server with only multiverse and voidgen installed? Also it only happens to worlds using the voidgen generator?

No it does required void gen generator. The new world with this issue have nether type and no generator. I want to test it on a server with voidGen and multiverse installed but i have been busy setting up my server so maybe tomorrow i Will test it.

ok so i have been busy but i still manage to test your solution and here the result

1. The bug didnt exist when only mv, voidgen, viaversion, viabackward installed
2. The bug exist when there is multiverse and Better RTP plugin installed
3. The bug didnt exist if Better RTP is installed and mv not.
   So maybe after this i will contact the BRTP dev and thank for your time. I dont know how long i been struggling with this issue so yeah thank.
