Installing plugins

1. Open Settings > Plugins > Browse in Mumcord.
2. Pick a plugin.
3. Review its permissions.
4. Choose Install.

Its icon appears in the plugins strip under the channel tree.

Good to know

• Nothing is preinstalled. You choose what runs.
• Updates install automatically when they need no new permissions. If an update asks for more, it waits for your approval.
• Turn off all plugins at once in Settings > Plugins, or with the command palette (Ctrl+Shift+P).
• Optional permissions can be switched off at any time.
• Plugins from other repositories (added in Settings > Plugins) are marked Unofficial.
• Plugins are available in all 24 Mumcord languages.

No server changes are needed. Everything runs in your client.
