Version 2.0 - heavy rewrite and modernization (just getting started IMO)

A ton has happened - and ChatGPT Codex is a very busy beast...

After >1k commits (small to large), the code base has now:

• namespaces
• twig engine for templates (alongside the old one)
• doctrine db
• ajax totally reworked and bundled
• commentary chat refresh (due to ajax rework)
• full dependance-resolving via composer (no old 3rd party code anymore

.... and much more.

Goal was:

• old modules should still work* (* except ones that tamper on global stuff like nav-arrays, or the old $output)
• templates too, preserve them
• database handling and functions using legacy wrappers

Now after 2k or more commits...

I think we're fairly there for a 2.0 ....

Another point would be to replace Jaxon with Symfony/Http ... but let's do that later on, it's a rather heavy rework, very specific and doesn't bring that much to the table right now.

Also, the Doctrine Entities should stretch to ALL tables of the core version, basically replacing the current legacy definitions in the tables ... who will break (as they did) if you have column changes in between versions.
