Prepare Fork for Release

• Update README, mention Fork
• Update GitHub Issue Templates
• Evaluate GitHub Actions (phpcs, lint)
• Merge Pull Requests that fix open bug. Need to gather a list of PRs/Issues that should be fixed asap

Just a thought, we should maybe discuss if the a new release has a major version change to reflect the fork

Support for Service Accounts should maybe be in the release: https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/administration/service-accounts/

EDIT:

• Grafana API Key deprecated Mikesch-mp/icingaweb2-module-grafana#343 (DONE)

Already uses a Bearer token for the request, updated the UI so that user's are not confused
