Continue improving obfuscation

The current obfuscation is great overall, but could be improved:

- Everything following $bind_pw string in the **resources.ini** should be HIDDEN
- Everything involving $name.key or $name.pem across **all** directories should be replaced with bogus data 
Sample Format:
