gather ioping and iotop in module base

To get a general overview it would be useful to collect IO data.

• ioping and iotop with each (maybe) 10 or 15 requests

Would be nice to do this during an icinga daemon -C to get more information in the Icinga context. But is to be evaluated and only optional
