Several clean up items including:

  • break out install_openstudio and install_ruby as shell scripts for the Dockerfile. This enables easy installation from the command line if needed (for testing)
  • pass in build_arch to the testing scripts for Travis. Travis has mostly been disabled as we get gitlab working.
  • Remove caching from circleci. Note that we are still using CircleCI for building and pushing Docker containers
