Use openstudio_meta to run all Appveyor and Travis tests. Treat Travis OSX and Ubuntu builds identically, minus setup and some paths. Be explicit and intentional in setting environment variables; don't set variables that are in fact managed by openstudio_meta. Also updates the print_logs.sh to print output for both OSX and Ubuntu.
