What do you want to work on?
I want to improve OpenShell's compatibility with OpenShift and standard Kubernetes clusters. I'm working on integrating OpenShell into the Kagenti project (being renamed to Rosso), and some of the changes needed for that are applicable upstream — particularly running sandboxes without elevated capabilities on restricted platforms (related opened issue #899).
Why this change?
OpenShift's restricted SCC and Kubernetes restricted PSS don't allow the elevated capabilities (CAP_SYS_ADMIN, CAP_NET_ADMIN, etc.) that OpenShell currently requires. Making OpenShell work on these platforms broadens adoption for enterprise OpenShift/Kubernetes users.
