Prebuilding tiny-cuda-nn for distribution

Hi there!

I'm wondering if it's possible to build tiny-cuda-nn on one machine and then use it on another machine of the same platform (Windows) but a different GPU, OS version, etc.

Is there anything in the build process that specifically builds for the current machine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
