Create a better Error Activity bootstrap.

Currently the default Error Activity enables you to see the error that caused the crash.

What more can we do:

• Extend functionality to send the error (directly to an e-mail or to create an error report)
• Extend functionality to contain the device's logcat information.
• Upgrade Error Activity UI.
• Upgrade Error Activity external configuration.
