Logs from hmr are shown multiple times in debug console

To Reproduce

1. tns create myTestApp --ts
2. Select launch on iOS configuration and add tnsArgs: ["--hmr"]
3. Make changes on .xml, .css files
4. Sometimes the messages from hmr are shown more than once

I'm seeing this issue in the debug console after starting via "Launch on iOS" even without the --hmr flag. I'm running an ns angular app.
