Hello, I just updated README with a couple of yarn expressions. This should be particularly helpful when creating an Nx workspace with intentions of using yarn, since Nx defaults to npm. And also, I added a small section in the 'Getting started' section mentioning to set package manager for NativeScript before creating a workspace.
I hope that helps a little.
