Req: allow searching by area name

Now that NI is adding the names to are files, it would be neat to be able to search by the names. I still have to tab out of NI to go look up the area code for e.g. Peldvale or the North Forest in the IESDP.

Also, is there any way to define these names for mod-added areas?

Yes, I think adding a new tab for areas to the search dialog would make sense.

NI currently fetches area search names from the area cheat list in bgee.lua (EE) or available worldmaps (non-EE).
