initial fastlane structures from IzzyOnDroid

As discussed in #15 here is the "starter package". It's not much, as I found no graphics – but you might change that 😉 Useful hints:

• my Fastlane Cheat Sheet
• my Wiki on Fastlane formattings
• pick a badge if you want to link to your app in my repo 😄

Would be nice if you could add an icon and maybe some screenshots. All else is "icing on the cake" – though per-release changlogs are really nice 😉
