Http request header other than application/json

We have certain frontend apps that send the request to the DGS graphQL server with the Accept request header other than application/json. The result is that the request fails with HTTP status 404.

I have two questions -

1. Is there any way to have headers other than application/json be accepted by the DGS server ?
2. Is there any way to have better logging to identify this issue as the debugging of this issue is painful ? If the actual error can be mentioned in the response then it will be easier to identify it.
