Highlight target subject folder in Dataset page when arriving from Search #96

Description:
When a user clicks a subject in Search results, the Dataset page should highlight that subject’s folder in the file tree.
Tasks:
- Parse focusSubj from URL, pass to FileTree/FileTreeRow, and apply a persistent highlight style to the first matching folder.
- On initial render, scroll the highlighted row into view.
Acceptance Criteria:
- When a user clicks a Subject card in Search and lands on the Dataset Detail page, the file tree automatically scrolls to that subject’s row and that row shows a persistent yellow highlight
- Works on desktop and mobile layouts; no visual changes for other rows.
