Feat(Dataset Detail Page): Make “Modalities” in MetadataPanel clickable to run a subject-level search for that modality #97

Convert the Modalities values shown in the Dataset Detail page’s MetadataPanel (e.g., anat, func, dwi, …) into clickable UI controls. When a user clicks a modality, they should be redirected to the Search page and an immediate subject-level search should run with that modality pre-applied.
Tasks:
- Replace static modality text with interactive Chip/Button (one per modality) in MetadataPanel.
- Wire the click handler to:
- Redirect the user to the Search page.
- Automatically apply the clicked modality as a filter in subject-level search.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Clicking a modality chip on the Dataset Detail page immediately navigates to /search and runs a subject-level search scoped to that modality.
- Datasets with missing/unknown modalities do not throw, and the UI remains stable (either no chips or a disabled state with a tooltip).
