options does nothing or reset all the time.

is there any reason why the options seems to do nothing ? this software alway re-enable itself for start up at windows logon. telemetry and setting language in bengaly and disable interactive install. and disable software rating. none of the option we change stick. its like this thing has a fake option windows. or like its behaving like a worm or a trojan. can you clarify how to make the option permanent ? i want to set the options i like. find where the configuration file is and set it in read only in windows settings. and i cannot find where the configuration file is.
