ISO 8601 date and time formats

The NPM frontend shows dates and times in a format really far from the international standard that we use here in Sweden.

How can the configuration be changed to use %Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S as formatting?

The following would to s better be presented as 2025-11-22 19:38:04.
