Access list not activated

Hi
I am using docker latest image 'jc21/nginx-proxy-manager:latest' (v2.9.18)
The bug is when I update the access list, it doesn't take effect unless I edit one of the hosts and click save without doing any changes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Access list
2. Update one of the existing list

after update it will not take effect until:
3. goto one of the proxy hosts
4. click edit
5. click save

Now the new access list updates taking effect.

I was expecting that when I update the access list it take effect immediately

The docker installed on raspberry pi 4 8gb with ubuntu 2204 operating system
Docker Version: 20.10.12
Using Chrome browser Version 107.0.5304.110
