FiveM Stream Issue

Hello,
I have an Issue using FiveM with Nginx Proxy Manager

I configured:
Proxy Host: server.domain.de -> IP:30120
Stream: 30120 -> IP:30120 /UDP + TCP

Error:

Seems like that the UDP Stream isnt working

(Thats an Guide to setup it in normal nginx, dont know how to use config stuff like that in this Manager)

could you show me the part of your fivem config where you configured the proxy?

With an Basic Nginx config it works fine, just not with nginx proxy manager, so its not an FiveM config Issue

I am also trying to set it up atm but I think that my fivem cfg is not right:

sv_forceIndirectListing true
sv_listingHostOverride "test.domain.com"
sv_listingIpOverride "test.domain.com"
sv_proxyIPPranges "test.domain.com"
