Add just a small description in the FAQ for "How to upgrade"

would be really nice if you can add a tiny "how to" for upgrading to a new version.

Just here to help.

1. I pull latest images:
   command: docker-compose pull

2. Then I restart containers:
   command: docker-compose up -d --remove-orphans

3. Optionally, I remove obsolete images:
   command: docker image prune

Everything is back with latest image.
