Remove the `../` and `-` from the tmux window when creating a new tmux window

Method of reproduction

1. Run the script when inside a worktree
2. Add the directory of my worktree
3. Add the branch my branch

Expected

The window name in Tmux should be my worktree

Actual

The window name in Tmux is ../my-worktree
