Mobile App Enhancements for Akshara Foundation:

As part of this problem statement, the team will be adding enhancements/new features to the existing Mobile App of Akshara.

Name of the App: ILP Konnect Technology platform: Native Android, SquiDB, Firebase Storage

Feature 1: Conditional Logic on Questions

Required functionality: In the current app, the surveys contain a set of sequential questions. Thee requirement is to add conditional logic and intelligence to order the questions in a logical manner. Eg. 1)If the gender of the survey taker is "Female", present a different set of questions. 2)If the answer to a particular question is "No", present a different set of questions.

Detailed set of conditions to be developed by FFG team in conjunction with Akshara.

Feature 2: Adding Images and other rich media to the questionnaire.

Required functionality: Images, logos, document and videos should be able to be added to the question in the surveys to enhance the quality and type of questions asked. Eg. 1) Add a logo of a tech tool, or a image to test teacher’s knowledge on a subject 2) Add a video to test teacher’s knowledge on a subject

Feature 3: Adding Labels and Sections to Questions.

Required functionality: Currently there are only few questions and they are sequential. Provide a functionality so that the questions can be categorized so that the survey taker can better navigate through the questionnaire.

In addition to the above 3 features, we will endeavor to analyze the current state and architecture of the app, so we can provide suggestions/a roadmap and if possible enhancements, for the product to grow and the app to scale.
