Document admin-consent flow and expand troubleshooting
Clarify admin-consent usage and tenant semantics across docs (FAQ, Getting-Started) by adding the managed portal client ID and a ready-to-click organizations adminconsent URL, and noting the tenant segment is the consenting tenant. Trimmed a few roadmap wishlist items. Substantially expanded Troubleshooting: added a First Aid checklist, clarified sign-in/tenant-switcher failure modes and common AAD errors, detailed activation failure cases and claim-step behaviour, expanded guidance for profiles, UI/appearance, performance/throttling, and self-hosted deployment scenarios, and included a checklist for filing good bug reports.
Add comprehensive documentation pages
Add a full set of user and developer documentation for the PIMActivation Portal. New pages include Getting Started, FAQ, Features, How It Works, Security and Privacy, Roadmap, Contributing, Local Development, Self-Hosted Deployment, App Registration Setup, Permissions Reference, Policy Awareness, Activation Profiles, Troubleshooting, and UI partials (_Footer, _Sidebar). These pages cover usage, architecture, security/CSP posture, deployment and Bicep details, app registration and permissions, developer workflows, local dev tips, and storage/behavior of features like activation profiles.
