  • Rename scores to Charge / Effort / Rest (v2.6.0) NOOP's three daily scores are now Charge (recovery), Effort (strain, 0–100), and Rest (sleep) — one 0–100 axis, energy-economy framing. Renamed across all pages; the published science/methods (Task Force 1996, Karvonen, Edwards/Banister TRIMP, Tanaka, RMSSD) and the 'approximations, not WHOOP's scores' disclaimers are preserved. Internal metric keys + WHOOP's own export-column names unchanged.

  • Wiki: fix 64 broken [[wikilinks]] across the guides Pre-existing link rot — in-app screen references ([[Settings]], [[Live]], etc.) and repo-file references ([[Disclaimer]], [[Changelog]], [[BUILD]], [[Support]], [[Releases]]) were written as wiki-page links to pages that don't exist, so they rendered as broken red links. Screen names are now bold; repo-file references link to the files on GitHub; [[Analytics]] -> [[The Science]]; a reversed anchor link fixed to standard Markdown. Only confirmed-broken targets touched; valid links left as-is.

  • Wiki freshness pass: 3 platforms (iOS), v1.95, Homebrew+trust, v25, 5/MG status Brought the wiki current after the iOS fold-in + v1.95: Home/Features/Installation now name all three platforms; Installation adds the Homebrew cask incl. the 'brew trust' step (Homebrew 6.0) and reframes iOS as a build-from-source target in main (not 'PR #42 experimental'); Roadmap/FAQ/Strap-Support note the v25 4.0 sleep/recovery unlock and accurate 5/MG status; AI Coach BYOK incl. local LLM.
