Guget 1.10.1 replaces the withdrawn 1.10.0 release and fixes package-update delays and TUI workflow failures.

• Restore fast edits for straightforward package updates and removals, including shared props and central package versions. Ambiguous declarations retain ownership validation.
• Show local projects before feed discovery finishes. Keep navigation available during background work and avoid false reloads that close dialogs.
• Explain unmet dependency requirements before quick updates. Mark affected candidates with [deps], list the required versions and projects, and distinguish explicit version pins.
• Fix mouse input ordering, package and release links, and cancellation when leaving dependency views.
• Offer valid central-package add locations and queue restores behind pending saves.
• Report CLI timeouts as interruptions and create missing installation directories.
