…FileWriter in formerly used method which uses default encoding. When using before- or after-elements in css this can result in encoding problems on a website.

Adds encoding property for output file.
Less engine uses FileWriter which uses default encoding when using the method #compile(File, File).
When using before- or after-elements in css this can result in encoding problems on a website.
So i used another method and write the file in the Mojo itself.
